HOW TO ORDER?
- Search for the item you wish to buy and Tap Add to Cart
- Once finalized, click the Shopping Cart icon to view items on Cart. Click "Check Out" once confirmed.
- Fill Out necessary details
- Add Discount Code if you have one
- Select Shipping method
- Choose your Payment Method.
- Tap Complete Order

- Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer
- GCash
- Atome - 3 months Installment
Paypal
- Pay using your Paypal account or Credit/Debit Card via Paypal
- Choose Paypal as payment option
- Click COMPLETE ORDER
- You may Log in your Paypal Account or Pay with your Debit or Credit Card
- Fill out necessary Details.
- Click Pay Now
- And your order will be Confirmed.
Credit and Debit Card
- Pay using your Credit/Debit Card through Xendit
- Choose Credit and Debit Card as payment options.
- Click COMPLETE ORDER
- Fill out necessary Details.
- Click PAY NOW
- And your order will be confirmed.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
- You will have to pay your order when the item is already delivered to the location you provided.
- Choose CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) as payment option
- Click COMPLETE ORDER
- Customer Service will call you to confirm your Orders
- And your order will be confirmed.
GCash
- Pay using your Gcash throughPaymongo
- Choose GCash via PayMongo as payment option
- Click COMPLETE ORDER
- Fill out necessary Details.
- Click PAY NOW
- And your order will be confirmed
Bank Deposit/Bank Transfer
- You will have to pay your order via Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer.
- Choose Bank Deposit as payment option. Bank Details will show up.
- And after Clicking Complete Order Payment Instruction will show.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DETAILS
Shipping Fee
Shipping fee is based on the Weight/ Volumetric Weight of orders and Location of Delivery.
Delivery Time
- Akari Express (Metro Manila Only)
- 24 to 48 Hours Delivery Excluding Sunday and Holidays
- Ninjavan (Nationwide Excluding Out of Delivery Zone)
- Metro Manila - 1 to 3 Working Days
- Greater Metro Manila - 3 to 5 Working Days
- Provincial Areas - 7 Working Days
The standard delivery time is between 9 AM to 10 PM. Ninja Van operates from Monday to Saturday excluding Public Holidays.
In the event that delivery fails, you will receive a message via email or SMS to reschedule your delivery. The soonest you may reschedule your delivery would be the next working day.
*Our Courier partners will make two (2) attempts only in getting your package delivered.

WARRANTY
Standarn Warranty Durations
One year Standard Warranty for all Non-Outdoors Products and 3 months for all Outdoors Products.
Defective Product Upon Receiving
Kindly email us at info@Akari.store for assessment, then if it is still not working our Customer Service Representative will contact you to give you instructions.
Covered by Warranty
Manufacturer Defect only
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect, and lack of necessary maintenance.
- Damage or deterioration of any accessory or decorative surface/Cosmetic defects
- Damage due to flood, fire, acts of nature and/or force majeure
RETURN AND REFUND
For Manufacturer Defect Customers have 7 days Return Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a Return or Refund.

Refunds due to change of mind is restricted. We have policy on validating paid orders. Glife orders have 7 banking days remittance date while ATOME has 3 banking days validation.
